- some way to flag a template as generated, so that when deleted can be regenerated
  - enables increased reliance on scripted presentation generation (ie from class specification, view/viewall/edit)
  - automate object presentation and management
- hierarchical template regeneration
  - if dep changed, regenerate
- add conditional get to other PathHandlers (currently in PagePathHandler), especially static content handlers
